“Everything around you, that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you, and you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use.” – Steve Jobs
I get inspiration to chase my dreams every day just by living. Everything that I touch was someone else’s dream or idea at one point that they turned into a reality. Think about the clothes you have on right now and the effort and steps it took to create it and get it to whichever store you purchased it from. From the design to the material, the production, the shipping, the boxes they’re shipped in, the packaging they are shipped in, etc, etc. <— All other peoples ideas and businesses that came together to make that one item possible.
And then there’s you, the consumer.
All you do is buy
and support everybody else’s dream/ business/ company/idea but your own.
STOP. WITH. THE. EXCUSES!
Because life is far too short to shrink back and be anything other than who you were destined to be. You don’t become the greatest by chance, you become the greatest by hard work and perseverance.
Sorry if you came into this world thinking it owed you something or that you weren’t going to have to work hard.
Sorry if you tried, failed, and quit because you thought you’d get it right on the first try, or the second, or the third (Because you may fail A LOT before you succeed).
-Life just does not work like that.
The truth is you are going to fail.
A lot actually, so get comfortable with it. Make love to it, become best friends with it.
Because many failed attempts eventually bring about success. I LOVE the definition of failure in its entirety.
People focus on the lack of success part when they REALLY should be looking at the second part. Failure is the “omission of expected or required action” so shit didn’t pan out how you thought it would?
So I challenge you to think of failure in a new way:
Every failure is a new opportunity to learn and be better for the next attempt.
Id love to hear from you!
